Today I am sharing all about how we work it during
the weekends in the summer.
To begin, we ADORE summer and we LOVE being off from teaching.
That being said summer gives us time to do all the things
we cannot fit into our busy schedules
during the school year.
We treasure weekends in the summer.
Here are my tips for making the most of your weekends :)

1. Use a calendar.
Make sure everyone is on the same page about events, weddings and BBQ's!
2. Check the weather.
The weather here can go from HOT to storms in minutes.
We also cannot 100% count on the weather people to be right!
3. Find Fairs & Festivals
Most towns and cities have fun festivals and fairs on the weekend.
Take advantage of these!
4.Plan ahead.
Knowing summer can get busy, plan ahead with your loved ones
for family dinners.
5. Four day weekends.
I love this about summer. Use your Friday and Monday and take a long weekend trip!
6. Concerts.
Go to them! Many music fest's run multiple days over the weekend, so plan
which days you want to attend.
7. Enjoy it.
Summer doesn't last for ever even though we wish it would!
Take time to enjoy the BEST that summer has to offer.
