Table Talk Tuesday- Buffalo Burgers

Here we are TUESDAY!!! We have been having BEAUTIFUL 
weather here lately and I felt that warm weather called for 
some good spring like burgers!

Now those of you who follow regularly know:

1. We love simplicity 
2. We love buffalo sauce
3. GOOD leftovers deserve credit

So here we are.....

Simple Buffalo Burgers 

Here is what you will Need:

1/2 lb. ground chicken 
1/2 lb. ground veal 
1 t. dried parsley 
1 t. dried chives
1/2 C. bread crumbs
1 t. onion powder
1 t. garlic powder
1/4 C. Buffalo sauce 



Here is what you will do:
1. Add veal & chicken to bowl.

2. Add all dry ingredients.

3. Using your hands, thoroughly combine ALL ingredients. 


4. Combine patties with your hands. Be sure to not make them too thick or too thin.


5. Lightly spray your skillet.


6. Cook patties about 4 at a time on medium to high heat. Each side about 3-4 minutes until cooked all the way through.


7. Serve on toasted buns. Top with lettuce, ranch and green onions :)

8. Serve & Enjoy!


BUT WAIT!!! Look how great my leftovers for lunch look!!
