Brie Boat Appetizer

Hey Hey!!

Today I am sharing a FABULOUS
appetizer recipe that your
friends and family
will LOVE
this holiday season :)

My neighbor would make this for all our
family holiday gatherings and I was always
obsessed.

My mom and I started making it year round because...

1. Who doesn't love cheese?
2. Who doesn't love bread?
3. Who doesn't love them TOGETHER!!

Brie Boat

1 loaf of sourdough bread,
1 1/2 lb. brie, rind taken off and cubed
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 stick of butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Begin by hollowing out the inside of your loaf of bread.
Set the insides aside and save for later.

Begin to slice the rinds off of your brie.
( it is easier to take off the rinds when the brie is cold!)

When the rinds are gone, cut your brie into cubes and set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt your butter.

Then when butter is melted, stir in your minced garlic.

Using a pastry brush, brush the inside of the bread with the melted butter mixture.

Add your cubed brie into your bread boat.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with coking spray.

Place filled brie boat on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until
cheese is melted and bubbly!

Cut your left over bread into cubes. You will use your cubes to dip into the cheese later!

 ENJOY!

THAT'S IT!!!

Super delicious, warm and the perfect appetizer to bring for Christmas!

XO
