Hello Monday!
We meet again.
Today is round 2 of my summer series.
This recipe turned out DELICIOUS!!
During the summer we are all about BBQ.
Actually we could so BBQ all year round :)
Quick. Yummy. Tasty.
I chose to serve ours over mashed potatoes, but you could serve these
with mac n cheese or even on a sub sandwich!
Also I used the slow cooker for this and it was the BEST idea!
Always easy clean up, the meat was tender and the flavor was spot on.
If you are in a hurry the oven or even a skillet on the stove with the simmering
sauce would work too!
Here we go!!

1. In a large bowl combine meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, s&p.
2. Using your hands, combine all ingredients evenly.
3. Next, use your cookie scooper (or you could hand roll them too!) to evenly make your meatballs.
4. Line your slow cooker with your cooking bag for easy clean up.
5. Place meatballs evenly on the bottom of cooker. ( I got about 17 balls)
6. To make sauce: Whisk together BBQ sauce, beer, Sriracha and salt!
7. Pour sauce evenly on top of meatballs.
8. Set your slow cooker for 4-6 hours high or 8-10 hours low.
9. Once the meatballs have browned in the cooker, slowly rotate them as best you can.
10. Every so often, brush the sauce in the cooker on each meatball.
(Of course you do not have to do 9 & 10. I was home all day so I was able to.)
11. Before you serve, give it one big stir!
12. Enjoy over a bed of mashed potatoes.
They had great flavor and fell apart as soon as we cut into them!
Definitely one I will be making again.
