Friday Favorites

Oh Friday I love you!!
Spending the morning celebrating Pat and then off to IU we go for graduation!!

Favorites are GOOD this week :)

To say I love friends is an understatement. 

I can quote multiple lines from each episode.

I especially LOVE the older episodes when everyone is young :)

Definitely a favorite to relax with!

TWO.

Coffee and this book! I am loving it! I love them. 

Chip is hilarious and Jo is his stability.

THREE.

My creation= Chicken Sausage with Bow tie Pasta

These sausages are from...where else, Trader Joes.

They were super easy to cook and so delicious!

I used everything we had on hand.

FOUR.

Just this. I laugh hysterically every time may 

comes around. I always say this to the tune of the song too :)

FIVE.

I meant to share this last week but forgot. 

The foods 2 classes a flatbread cook off and I got to 

be a judge! I teach foods 3 so this was a treat!!

SIX.

I made half the recipe of my AMAZE 

enchiladas. 

It was perfect for my dinner and both our lunches today.

Cold night last night. I snuggled and watched this.

Such a classic and Patrick Swayze is CUTTEEE!!!!

EIGHT.

Fresh nails and toes for spring! And yes.... I did choose a dark color... for both :)

Lincoln Park After Dark is my darkkkk go to!

NINE.

BAG LADY HELLO!!!

I walked out of school with 5.... 5 bags.

Busy life is the best life :)

Definitely a fav!

TEN.

My handsome, smart and funny Godson made his communion on Sunday.

We got to see family and celebrate Rex.

Great day :)

PHEWW!! That was a lot!

Birthday and Graduation this weekend! AHH YAY!!!

We are busy!

Such a fun weekend ahead :)

Summer Bucket List

YALL! Happy Thursday!

Today is my Friday as tomorrow we head to IU to 

watch this kid graduate :) 

Not including today, I only have 15 days of school left!

WHAT IN THE WORLD??

Where has this year gone?!

That means summer is on it's way and we are HUGE summer 

fans around here.

I am sharing a little bit of our summer bucket list and what

we enjoy doing most over our summer vacation!

I asked Pat to help me with this post because even though we both LOVE summer 

sometimes our vacation priorities can be a little different ;)

Because it is birthday week and someone is turning 2-8 on Sunday, I will share his

Summer Bucket List first!

1. Door County 

2. Attend 1 concert

3. Camping- which isn't just one occasion 

4. Bonfires

5. Grilling with friends

6. Fishing 

7. Biked Lake Shore Drive 

8. Chicago Triathlon

Em

2. Read a lot of books (must be summer themed) 

3. Plant Flowers

4. Grow a garden

5. Night time bike rides

6. Take the truck to go look at stars

7. Wine on the balcony with twinkle lights 

We go boating and camping a lot over the summer. We love being with friends and family on the lake from sun up to sun down. Sausages on the fire with lots of good drink? You bet!

We love being outdoors and adventuring around the city or near lakes! Last summer we biked 

Lake Shore Drive and then headed to Chicago Pizza and Oven Grinder. This is a MUST again!

Going to a Cubs game or two is always a fun summer tradition! 

We enjoy good concerts- Shania Twain 2015 

Lindy's Landing summer weekend Lunches. Great views and the food is great too!!

We have been on some great vacations over the summer as well!

Our favorite: Lake Tahoe.

Hiking, Views, Swimming and hot tubing are just a few faves :)

We stay near Homewood & Tahoma. 

If you can't tell, we are summer people. Summer is our jam.

Teacher Appreciation Tuesday

Hello there Tuesday!!! Monday's have been BUSY lately! With the end of the year 17 days away, on a daily basis I am trying to balance grading, testing, prom, senior ditch day and absent work. My days are FILLED with non stop teacher things!
